Frequently Asked Questions

At WFBC CLC, we have a structured after school care program for your child, with students grouped according to the following: K4-K5; 1st-2nd grades; and 3rd- 6th grades. When students arrive at the center, a healthy snack is provided. Afterwards, students move through a rotation that includes time for homework assistance/educational enrichment, Bible-based activities, and free play. Note: We greatly appreciate every effort made by the student/family to alert the staff of homework assignments and preferences for homework completion, knowing that the ultimate responsibility lies with the child/family.We offer full week care AND 3 day/week care. Our school day hours are from 2:00- 6:00. We are also open from 7:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. on teacher workdays and some holidays. Ten week-long summer camps (full days) are being offered with themes for each camp.

We currently provide bus pickup from woodruff primary, elementary, and middle school.

We currently offer rates for a full week AND a 3 day week.

Fees and tuition are non-refundable and are necessary to secure your child's spot.

Fees and tuition for the full week or 3 day week are required to be paid to guarantee your child's continued attendance.

WFBC CLC accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Cards (fees apply), and on-line payments. We do not accept vouchers at this time.
